Throughout the entire production process, the forming of the inner cylinder and the installation of accessories are fully automated. The material pieces are first folded and riveted, and then transported to the next station to complete the folding and installation of accessories (automatic screwing). Then, the front and rear covers are rotated and riveted, and finally laser coding and offline inspection are carried out. The entire process of transportation is completed by robotic arms without manual intervention, achieving fully automated production of the dryer line.
